Synopsis

Teenagers Roca, Nico, and Naël meet Laëtitia in an autumnal field, where they look back on the time they have spent with one another—playing music—and ahead to the future. Everything will soon change for the group: Laëtitia will move to Paris, leaving the three young men behind.

Editorial

Sounding out the uncertain feeling of being on the knife-edge of late adolescence, Caroline Poggi and Jonathan Vinel’s short is slashed with sirens and alarm-bell reds. Understatedly grungy, Marine Atlan’s cinematography treads that tender emotional terrain with staticky, fallen-leaf crackle.
