Synopsis

Colombia, 1990s. A news crew arrives on the outskirts of Medellín to investigate reports of strange lights spotted in the sky by locals. Their camera is soon stolen by a group of four reckless teenagers who turn the lens on their own volatile exploits.

Editorial

Serrated with the disaffection of youth and lo-fi aesthetics, this feature debut from music video director Stillz takes after Harmony Korine (who executive produced). Switching gears from electrifying death-drive thrills, an anhedonic quest turns to celestial wonder, still glinting in the darkness.
