Bottoms
2023
Synopsis
PJ and Josie, two unpopular girls in their senior year, start a fight club as a way to lose their virginities to cheerleaders. When the fight club gains traction—and the most popular girls are beating each other up in the name of self-defense—PJ and Josie find themselves in over their heads.
Editorial
Besties onscreen and off, Ayo Edebiri and Rachel Sennott kick, punch, and somersault their way to first kisses in Emma Seligman’s riotous followup to Shiva Baby. A refreshingly modern take on the classic teen comedy, Bottoms reimagines high-school hijinks with a whimsical dose of absurdism.
