Synopsis

While investigating a gang of arms smugglers, inspector “Tequila” Yuen loses his best friend and police partner in a shoot-out. Consumed with revenge, he teams up with Alan, an undercover cop who works as a hitman for the same gang. Together, they use violent methods to bring the criminals down.
