Synopsis

Frankfurt, 1974. A documentary crew captures political demonstrations, carnival fun, and debate within the SPD Party’s Congress. Interwoven with this footage are tales of two seemingly different women. One woman seduces men and then robs them. The other is a spy from the Eastern Bloc.
