Synopsis
The lives of street-tough Manhattan teens unfold over a frenetic twenty-four hours. Skateboarders Telly and Casper spend their time hanging out, shoplifting, using drugs, and seducing girls. Meanwhile, Jennie follows the pair across New York, desperate to confront them with a terrible truth.
