Synopsis

A legendary New York poet’s forgotten works captivate an eccentric group of young creatives, reigniting his artistic passion. Their intrigue intertwines with the bewitching presence of an actress.

Editorial

Bohemias old and new collide in this fondly satirical state-of-the-culture drama, in which New York’s storied artistic legacy butts heads with its contemporary nostalgia machine. Directed with gracious humor by revered film critic Kent Jones, Late Fame stars an effortlessly magnetic Willem Dafoe.
