Synopsis
Within Brooklyn’s ultra-orthodox Jewish community, Menashe battles for custody of his son after his wife dies, since they live in a culture that requires a mother present in every home. Menashe’s Rabbi decides to grant him one week to give him a final chance to prove that he can be a capable parent.
