Synopsis
In Los Angeles, a gang of bank robbers called The Ex-Presidents commit their crimes while wearing masks of Reagan, Carter, Nixon and Johnson. The FBI believes that the members of the gang could be surfers, and send young agent Johnny Utah undercover to mix with them and gather information.

Kathryn Bigelow has wowed audiences with her interpretation of classic genres and the now-cult Point Break does just that, by subverting both action film and surfer buddy movie.
