Synopsis
A secret police agent is turned into a zombified slave by a mad scientist using a mind-control machine. To stop him, Lt. Zambrano creates a masked vigilante, Incógnito, who must restore Santo’s true self and foil the evil plans of the criminal mastermind, the Evil Brain.
