Synopsis
When Miron’s wife Tanya passes away, he asks his friend Aist to help him say goodbye according to the rituals of the Merya culture—an ancient tribe from West-Central Russia. As the two men set out on a long journey with her body, Miron relates details of his marriage, with unintended consequences.
