Synopsis
Convicted of a crime she didn’t commit, Carmen is sentenced to life imprisonment on Terminal Island: a place without guards or laws and a defacto anarchic society. As violence mounts, Carmen finds herself leading the island’s underground resistance in a plot to abolish the leader’s reign of terror.
