Synopsis
In the Irish woods, Cellach prepares for an attack by the Vikings. Meanwhile, his nephew Brendan works secretly as an apprentice in the monastery, learning the ancient art of calligraphy. As the Vikings near, a revered illuminator recruits Brendan to complete a series of dangerous, magical tasks.
